Coil Nails for Pallet Manufacturing & Wooden Crates
Coil nails are collated fasteners for use with a compatible pneumatic coil nailer. For a quotation, identify the nail size, shank, finish and the exact tool or production system.
Selection Points:
Coil Quantity: The listed range is 150–400 nails per coil. Confirm the required count and coil format for the selected tool.
Shank Options: Specify smooth, ring, or screw shanks and the wood/joint to be fastened.
Material and Finish: State the required material, coating specification and exposure conditions before choosing a finish.
Industrial Applications:
For pallet manufacturing, wooden crates, roofing, siding, and flooring, send the application details and nailer make/model so the proposed nail specification can be checked against the project and tool requirements.
Coil Nails Shank Types
1. Smooth Shank Coil Nails
A plain-shank option. State the wood type, board thickness and joint requirements when requesting a specification.
2. Ring Shank Coil Nails
A ridged-shank option. For pallet, crate or other timber joints, compare the proposed nail and sample joint against the required fastening result.
3. Screw Shank Coil Nails
A spiral-shank option. Confirm the target wood, nail dimensions and tool match; approve the result in the actual joint instead of selecting on a universal holding-power ranking.

For the listed bright, galvanized, vinyl-coated or stainless options, specify the required material/finish and exposure conditions. These are product-range references, not confirmation that every size, finish and coil format is available together or fits every tool. Include the nailer make/model, collation details, order quantity and destination in the quotation request, and ask for the offered combination to be confirmed.
Coil Nails Color Customization
Blue, yellow and red are the coating colors currently shown for this product. State the required color or supply a color reference when requesting a quotation.
Blue Coating – Confirm the coating system and required appearance.
Yellow Coating – Specify the exposure conditions and any required coating or corrosion-test specification.
Red Coating – Confirm the color reference and any order-identification or packaging requirement.
Ask for the material and coating specification to be stated separately from the color name. Any corrosion-performance requirement, test evidence or customization scope needs confirmation for the offered product.
Coil Nails Application
Use the application to define the nail specification and the joint to be checked:
Wooden Pallets – Send the pallet joint, wood species or grade, board thickness and required fastening specification.
Wooden Packing Boxes – Identify the boards, joint arrangement and intended service conditions.
Cable Trays & Reels – Provide the timber assembly drawing or fastening detail.
Large Wooden Frames – State the joint design and project requirements before selecting the nail.
For each application, include the exact nailer make/model and a current nail sample or drawing where available. Request confirmation of the proposed specification for that combination.
Match the Nail, Wood and Nailer
Match the proposed nail to the actual wood, joint and nailer. A country or region name does not provide the board and tool details needed for this check.
Wood and joint: identify the species or grade, treatment, board thickness, joint arrangement and required fastening result.
Tool: provide the nailer make/model and its fastener specification, including permitted diameter, length, head and collation format.
Sample check: agree the proposed nail specification and checks for feeding, driving, splitting and joint holding in the actual boards before approving an order.
Use these details with the quotation request to ask for a matched nail specification and any unresolved sample checks. No universal shank choice or jam-free result is assumed.
Packing & Shipping
Confirm the coil count, nails per carton and loading arrangement for the offered size before comparing packing proposals:
Palletized Packing – Confirm cartons per pallet, pallet dimensions and wrapping requirements.
Container Loading with Pallets – Confirm the agreed pallet layout, destination handling and unloading requirements.
Container Loading without Pallets – Confirm carton stacking, handling and protective-packing requirements.
Request the packing and loading details with the quotation. Final quantities, protective measures and transport responsibilities need to be agreed for the order.
