Bring the new material to the line after clearance. Match carton label, lot, product code, and physical sample against the work order. Keep only the planned quantity at the workstation.<\/p>\n

Stop the affected operation and identify the earliest and latest possible point of mixing. Segregate pallets, open material, finished stock, and recovered nails according to the site's containment process.<\/p>\n

Review the Changeover System<\/h2>\n

Track recurring sources: partial coils, shared carts, unclear labels, missing work-order fields, tool magazines not fully cleared, or shift handovers. Improve the relevant control instead of adding broad paperwork that staff cannot use.<\/p>\n
